Initial Consultation - 90 minutes

Service Description

In this session we will revisit the conversation from the Discovery Consultation and confirm what positive change will look like for you. I will then ask you some more therapy-based questions which will assist me to better understand how you view the problem. We will discuss some initial solution strategies, and this is followed by me guiding you into a state of deep relaxation and transformation through a personalized hypnotherapy session, in a safe and supportive environment. With your permission the hypnosis part of the session will be recorded, and this can be used by you post session as a way to reinforce the change.
